Gary has been engaged in toy design for over two decades, his former position was Chief Designer of Hedgehog Design Ltd., his clientele includes a diverse of organizations throughout the United States, China, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East & Latin America.

He is a devoted supporter for universities and professional design associations, he delivers talks regularly to share his insights in toy industry and act as judging panel for design competitions. He also arranges visits for students to his studio and support local & overseas internship programs to widen the horizons of the younger generation in toy industry.
